Here's a Custom-Made Funnel for Gallon Water Bottles. The following are the steps to use this funnel: I built this funnel to move filtered drinking water from 5 gallon bottles into one-gallon containers. 5-gallon jugs initially weigh heavy, making them difficult to aim precisely. My initial trials were ineffective because they didn't include a curved lip at the top. As a result, when water hit the edges of the previous design, it sloshed upwards and leaked all over the place. With this design's curvy lip, that is no longer an issue; instead, it streamlines the procedure, making everything run smoothly. One reason I suspect the curved feature isn't included in cheaper commercial funnels is because including it makes mold-making much more difficult and expensive. Additionally, storing them might be a problem. However, with 3D printing being so useful nowadays... I simply love my 3D printer! A little groove is built at the bottom of this device for resting on top of gallon water bottles, ensuring no trapped air inside while allowing liquid to move smoothly and effortlessly inwards or outwards without issues like earlier model had when not fitted perfectly together right above its open part towards lower section - called "air-lock". The shape dimensions can be adjusted if you prefer it larger or smaller until walls start becoming thick and difficult enough which could happen due various factors mainly based on size difference between old/new materials used in construction depending completely upon your needs so scale down up! The diameter should ideally stay between three point eight millimeters for proper functionality as seen below: If you decide printing it at home then here's an estimated 2 hour duration time plus extra fifteen minute breaks taken just remember Afinia models normally use pre-installed supports under every section therefore always look inside afterwards since any random string will probably belong underneath newly designed invisible features added somewhere close by.
