Funmove is a non-profit organization based in Busan, Korea that empowers people with disabilities by providing 3D printed hands and Arduino-based assistive devices. The funmove hand was inspired by FlexyHand on Thingiverse and is designed to be highly adaptable. To print the funmove hand, follow these settings: Printer: CREATABLE D2 Rafts: Not required Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Note: The funmove hand requires supports for successful printing. The funmove logo is a distinctive symbol that represents the organization's mission. I designed this project by following these steps: 1. Save a JPG image from a web browser. 2. Use Inkscape to convert the JPG image to a B&W PNG image. 3. Utilize the img to scad extension in Inkscape to export the design as an OpenSCAD file. 4. Convert the OpenSCAD file to an STL file using OpenSCAD software. 5. Find detailed instructions on how to achieve this conversion process on Instructables.com. I used the keyword "svg to stl" to research and implement this project.
