Funko Pop Pegboard and Wall Mount
thingiverse
After exhausting all options for displaying my wife's Pops, I took matters into my own hands and created some hangers myself. Initially, I decided to utilize the pegboard I had on hand as it offers great flexibility. The design is straightforward - mount the holders wherever you want them and hang your Pops. There are flat and tilted options available. I discovered that tilting the Pops back a bit made it easier to keep them in place without relying on adhesive or blu-tac, although some of them will be quite firmly secured as they wedge between the head and shoulders. To accommodate Pops with hair or similar features, I designed a couple of holder variations that were initially difficult or impossible to mount using the flat holders. The pegboard I used is from Bunnings in Australia and has a standard 25.4mm (inch) horizontal width. I quickly prototyped everything in TinkerCAD and then started transferring my designs to Fusion to allow for close to full parametric control. The three peg supports required additional support, while the curved holders for hair might be okay without them; however, considering minimal material usage and time constraints, I always printed with supports anyway. For the large display, I mounted each holder using a small amount of double-sided tape under the middle and a dab of CA glue on the pegs. This tilted them back slightly more than my initial iteration (which used a 3-degree angle instead of 5 degrees). I have since removed several holders to replace them with curved mounts without any damage to the pegboard. I have additional design variations that I never used beyond testing their feasibility, so if you need a specific size, feel free to let me know.
