Funhouse and Roadshow Eye Crank

This is a remix of zenmaster's Funhouse Eye Crank. Here are the the things I improved. 1. Made the tall pivot hole 0.5mm shorter so there's room to get the washer and E-clip installed. 2. Added reinforcing collars around the two smaller eyelets for improved durability if you are not inserting brass rivets. 3. Added 0.5mm of material between the rear guide ears to put more pressure on the centering wire to make sure the eyes center when both eye coils are de-energized.
