Depicted prominently at the top is a woman struggling to stay alive, lying on a bed as her daughter desperately tries to support her. Her husband sits beside them, his face etched with worry. Meanwhile, down below, the Thracian Horseman charges forward with reckless abandon, a dog by his side as he gallops rapidly to the right. This captivating piece was unearthed in Constanta and dated back to a time between 200-300 years ago. Crafted from sturdy marble, it stands at an impressive height of 0.77 meters, measures 0.42 meters wide and 0.10 meters thick. Today, this remarkable artifact can be found proudly displayed at the Museum of National History and Archaeology in Constanta, Romania.
