The name of the deceased woman is written inside the honorific wreath to the right: Hieroklea. The main relief depicts a man standing before two women who are accompanied by two small servants. A small box and pointy hat sit on a ledge: the hat is an allusion to elegance of the deceased woman. To the right stands a small statuette of a funerary siren playing the kithara. On the lower register, the deceased holds a phiale (cup) from which a serpent, coiled around a tree trunk, drinks.
