Part of a grave marker dating from the Classical period, spanning 400 B.C. to 301 B.C. A loutrophoros, typically found in ancient Greek graves, is depicted on this object. Made from Pentelic marble, it measures approximately 0.681 meters in height and 0.325 meters in width, weighing around 165 kilograms. It was bequeathed to the museum by Thomas Worsley in 1885.
