Functional Bolt and Nut Design Prints Smoothly without Additional Support. The bolt fits snugly into a 0.44" hole, but scaling down could compromise its operational integrity. To accommodate larger holes, simply scale up the design. Print settings optimized for Ultimaker 2 printers yield the best results: print rafts off, supports off, resolution set to 0.1mm, and infill at 20%.
