Fun with Photo Frames

I thought a picture frame would be an ideal design to experiment with woodfill PLA. I attempted staining it, then printed it using bronzefill, translucent and regular PLA. This simple print comes in two versions. Both are sized for 3.5 x 5 inch photos. There are two holes to make hanging the frame horizontally or vertically easy. An inner ledge will hold a piece of glass and the photo, or even both a photo and a piece of cardboard. The first design I created was slightly too large for my Lulzbot mini, so I trimmed it around the edges. All of the photos show the mini version except for the grey one, which is a larger frame but thinner overall. You can even use your phone stand instead of hanging them on the wall, as you can see in one of the photos.
