Damaru or two headed drum is a common musical instrument in Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism. The file comes with the Drum /Damaru so its called. Along with two beads. You may use both or just one bead to play the Drum. Tips: Tie a bead on either end of the string after passing it through the hole in the centre of the drum. make sure the beads are touching the centre of either side of the drum then simply hold the string between two finger and twist your wrist to play the drum.
