Fun duct on/off valve to material blowout remix

I needed an extension that would allow me to fine-tune without needing a separate tool, so I simply took the sketch used for creating the extruded cut and added a boss extrusion of 7mm. Next, I applied a 1mm fillet all around it. This is essentially a revised version of the on/off valve. Update: The main component was too slender to my liking, so I increased its thickness to 2mm, added some alignment tabs, and modified it to wrap more snugly around the heat sink of the cold end, mirroring the stock V6 injection-molded piece. This redesign keeps it securely in place, as it previously tended to be loose and fragile. Additionally, I enlarged the hole slightly to allow for less adjustment after printing.
