Fume extractor (soldering) with built in lights

thingiverse

This is a versatile soldering fume extractor with built-in lights, designed for optimal performance with a 120mm fan and 128mm filters (the filter holder is a separate part that can be customized to accommodate different filters). I have included the schematics for the driver board as a reference point, but it's recommended to build your own using readily available parts (it's relatively easy). The extractor's body and filter holder are crafted from durable PLA material. The rest of the components can also be made from PLA, if preferred. Here is a comprehensive list of required parts (excluding PCB boards): * 4 M4 screws with a minimum length of 40mm (depending on the thickness of the filter) * 8 M4 washers * 3 M3 screws (coarse threads for plastic components) to secure the PCB * A 12V power source, compatible with your circuit design * 128mm filters that can accommodate up to two 10mm thick filters * A power pack with a 5.5/2.1 plug * An NINIGI PC-010C (or similar) 5.5/2.1 socket * An ARCOLECTRIC H8600VBACN (or similar) rocker switch Print Settings: Rafts: No need for rafts Supports: Yes, supports are enabled Resolution: A resolution of 0.15mm is recommended Infill: An infill percentage of 25% is suggested
