The mixer/propeller is 100% submersible. Seal motor holes with tape and coat in petroleum jelly. Glue the wire hole shut and assemble for underwater use. Once sealed, water cannot enter the motor casing due to its diving-bell design and jelly coating. Heat dissipates as expected into liquid surroundings. A mason jar lid adapter creates a self-sustaining snow-globe effect when used with this propeller system. The 130 DC Motor operates at 3V for delicate snowflake movement or 6V for high-speed RC vehicle blowaway action. This lid-adapter setup is also suitable for test container use. Secure the lid to your testing vessel and install multiple pedestals for various test subjects. Remember, apply epoxy when sealing the top of your container to ensure a watertight seal.
