Update 08.04.24: I added another back cover with a hardware switch for traveling.Original:A fully printed case for the ESPuino radio project. The radio has an integrated 6000mAh battery and is charged via USB-C. I had to file down the buttonholes on top to get everything smooth, otherwise the buttons got stuck from time to time. I covered the radio in double-sided tape and added felt for a softer appearance. The radio on the images is 5 months in use. The Radio is ~ 16x8x10 cm without buttons. Special thanks to biologist from the ESPuino communityhttps://forum.espuino.de/https://github.com/biologist79/ESPuinoHere is a link to the Fusion360 design: https://a360.co/3FbVJUk Part list for the radio (mostly from Germany):https://forum.espuino.de/t/esp32-develboard-d32-pro-lifepo4/1109https://forum.espuino.de/t/espuino-mini-4layer/1661https://forum.espuino.de/t/kopfhoererplatine-basierend-auf-ms6324-und-tda1308/1099https://www.eremit.de/p/3-2v-6000mah-pack-mit-schutz-arduino-aio-spezial-jst-ph-2-0-steckerhttps://de.aliexpress.com/item/32787336145.html (16 bit led ring)https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005003439708042.htmlhttps://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000990441205.htmlhttps://www.pollin.de/p/visaton-breitbandlautsprecher-fr-7-5-w-4-o-640988https://www.pollin.de/p/printtaster-8-mm-2-polig-wechsler-421041Micro-SD cardScrews (I used 2.9x6.5 metal screws)Felt
