Fully Printed Deburring Tool Handle

## Instructions To operate, insert a 0.125" shank deburring blade into the end of the handle until the groove in the blade aligns with the hole on the side of the handle. Press the clip into the hole until it clicks into place around the blade. Reverse this process to detach the blade. The clip's interaction with your printer and material may result in some friction, causing the blade not to spin freely but still rotate sufficiently for everyday use (deburring holes). To minimize resistance, enlarge the center hole on the clip or apply a small amount of grease in that area. ## Design File A Fusion 360 original design file is included for users who wish to modify or create their own custom parts. ## Printing Print this tool on its flat side using any material. The recommended orientation is shown in the accompanying pictures. Depending on your printer's settings and quality, you might need supports to print the hole accurately. If you do use supports, be prepared to drill out the hole once they're removed. I used eSUN black PETG for the handle and orange PLA for the clip.
