The standard spool holder I used was a couple of millimeters too small (10mm) for my roll. Inspecting the 'bars' indicated a clear problem during the first z-stage (you can see in pictures). Work is being done on it at present. Please refrain from printing this yet! A personalized adaptation of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:263242 has been crafted here. Produced using Customizer! You may use Customizer to run your own version too: http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=263242 Printed with a layer height of 0.2mm, Infill solidity at 40% and Orange PLA in the pattern. Setting my print bed temperature to 80°C was sufficient. The print bed surface also had Uhu Gluestick spread on it to aid adhesion. My entire print time came out slightly over one hour.
