I updated the design I shared a couple days ago to make it entirely printable, including the wheel and all its components. To print it, I positioned the axle shaft vertically and didn't use any supports; instead, I had to trim some material from the top of the U-shaped cutout for the Z-axis threaded rod. Just press-fit the wheel onto the axle and you're ready to go. P.S. Sorry about that - I'm not sure how to modify the part view to show the axle shaft, but it will become clear once you import the design into your slicer software. P.P.S. I exported an image from Inventor that shows the axle shaft in detail and uploaded it for reference.
