This is a highly versatile vial rack that has become my go-to item at work. Every lab member wants one because bulky Styrofoam racks just don't cut it anymore. The design accommodates HPLC vials (1 dram) but can easily be modified to fit any size vial with some simple edits in Fusion 360. Key parameters include vial diameter, rack height, number of rows and columns - all fully adjustable.
