Revamped: To enhance print quality, revert to the original design. Update: Rotated to minimize long bridges. Parameters include bolt_bearing_diameter = 22.0, bolt_bearing_thickness = 7.0, bolt_diameter = 8.0, bolt_offset = 22.0, bolt_wall = 2.0, and bolt_drill_tolerance = 0.4. Additional parameters are tap_diameter = 6.0, tap_offset = 18.0, tap_bearing_diameter = 19.0, tap_bearing_thickness = 12.0 (dual bearings for extra alignment strength), tap_wall = 4.0, and tap_drill_tolerance = 0.4. Cut depth is 0.7, print multiple jigs with various cut depths like 0.9 and 1.2. Extra hardware includes 2 x 608 Bearings for hobbed bolt, 2 x 626 Bearings for tap (using 2 bearings while tapping for extra strength and proper alignment), and 1 x M6 tap.
