This 3D printed fishing rod is fully operational, thoroughly tested and utilized. To optimize it for your specific printer, you'll need to use Tinkercad to cut up the various sections of the print. For assembly, all you'll require is some fishing line, a hook, bait and a hot glue gun. The nut and bolt don't fit together properly, so they're used as spacers instead. Once you've placed both the spool and release mechanism onto their respective rods, simply attach the spacers with hot glue. Next, join all the rod sections together using hot glue - choose which pieces to use based on your height. You'll also need a two-piece grip, which should be hot glued into place as well. Finally, assemble the fishing spool and secure it tightly with hot glue, ensuring it can withstand the weight of your filament and the length of your pole. When you're done, both the spool and release trigger will spin smoothly on the rods protruding from one of the cylindrical poles. Enjoy the thrill of summer fishing!
