Fully Automatic Twistlock

In order to achieve cost-effective manufacturing, this fully automatic mechanism can be used in operational shipping containers without manual intervention. The locking system is activated either by the weight of piled up containers or through the turning movement of the spreader for towing purposes. For logistics operations, a simple adjustment was made to the spreader handle system as shown in images. Additionally, a unique system was developed that enables the spreader to lock only the upper pin while leaving the lower pin unlocked, allowing easy disengagement of the container by simply releasing the twistlocks at its four corners before shipping.
