Fully 3D Printed Hinged Clamp With Source
thingiverse
This is a parametric hinged clamp I designed using Fusion 360 to build some clamp-on hooks for a work table in my kitchen. The entire clamp, including the hinge, prints as a single piece from the CAD software. In Fusion 360, you can easily modify key components like inner diameter and wall thickness by adjusting parameters. To complete the design, you'll need to print a nut slightly larger than the screw or vice versa, depending on your preference. Additionally, if you decide to change the size of the screw, be sure to reapply threads in Fusion 360 to both the nut and screw for optimal functionality.
