thingiverse
Hello Everyone, this is a Kit for a fully 3d printed drag chain set for the mostly printed cnc in the 25mm pipe Version! Firstup all parts can be printed without support except for two parts! Both "Roller Mounts" for X and Y Axis must be printed with support but in the slicer you can set it to only touching print bed and your'e set! Here is the Link to my Youtube Video for this Set (Language: German!!): https://youtu.be/FgjksZePfEk All pieces are labeled with there corresponding Axis and Sizes wich they are scaled up to! You can NOT resize the parts because some parts are fixed sizes to fit on the mpcnc! Assembly: It's basically for all axis the same. first you start with the "End" parts then you put enough "Links" that you need together and than there allways is a start part. On the Y and X Axis there are the "Roller Mounts" these replace the existing parts an the Rollers. For the Z Axis there is a part wich you put on the z pipe, there are two pices wich connect together with two M4x20 screws. The "LinkCovers" you simply click on the Links when you have all cables in there. All End Parts have holes in them so you fix your cables with some cable ties! The part "Aluminium Profile Motor Mount (Two Mirrored Parts)" is a thing wich I usesed to mount a L profile over the mill for the Z axis Chain. Here is the link for it (1000 x 60 x 25 mm): https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B008GZND32/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The other part "Side Profile Holder for M5 or M4" is for the X axis Rail, I used it to mout another L profile to the side of the mill. Here is the link for it (1000 x 40 x 20 mm): https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B003ZUL9S4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 When you have some problems or things to change feel free to contact me!
