Fully 3d Printed CNC Milling Machine
thingiverse
This is a test project because I need a Milling Machine. Rods I use 6mm stainless steel x 6. For Worm on x, y, and z, I use 10mm lead screw rods, three times. Bearings I use MR6200-2RS Radial Ball Bearings, Bore Dia. 10mm, Outside 32mm, Width 9mm (https://www.bearingwholesalelots.com/product-p/mr6200-2rs.htm). Five of these are used. For the Router, I use a Super EDF Turnigy 3994 motor (https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-sk3-fandrive-3994-850kv-120mm-edf.html?___store=en_us). The Head for the motor and bits I use ER11 Collet Holder and ER11 Collet (http://www.3dprintingstore.co.za/cnc/er11-collet-holder/). Control is provided by a CNC Shield for Arduino Uno (http://www.3dprintingstore.co.za/search.php?search_query=grbl). I will update the Stepper Conversion later this week. It will be an add-on with Nema 17 steppers.
