Fully 3D-printable wind-up car gift card

Alternatively, you can print all the parts separately so that you don't have to remove any card material. The entire car can be assembled without using glue. The print time for the first gift card (the one with the most parts) is about 4 hours. The print time for the second gift card (the one with wheels) is approximately 2 hours. I chose to print them at 100 percent infill because there wasn't a significant difference in print time between that and 25 percent infill, but the spring printed better. I arranged all the parts on each card so that it's possible to print the two cards in different colors and still look good. The original idea for a 3D-printable gift card came from a Christmas reindeer model that I saw on Thingiverse. I thought it would be great to design a gift card with some mechanical pieces to show people what is possible with 3D printing (combination of gears, springs, and clickers). Everything was built from scratch because all the parts had to be relatively flat in order for it to become a card. I used Fusion 360 to design all the parts mainly because it has an easy-to-use gear generator, and I think Fusion is very user-friendly.
