For a video, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKDRf53VEHc. This wallet holds up to 6 cards, but works with fewer cards as well. I've used it for about a month now and it's really an improvement over my old bulky leather wallet. No need for 'friction patches' or anything to keep the cards from falling out; the compliant mechanism on the back ensures that they stay put, just don't shake it too hard! Press the lever on the bottom in a downward motion to make the cards pop out. Caution: edges can be sharp, even though a fillet has been applied to them. Use sandpaper if the edges are sharp (I only sanded one edge of the turning mechanism). STL files are oriented correctly for printing and no supports are needed. Printed in PLA with 0.1 mm layer height. I used 10% infill for the front side, the turn mechanism, and 100% for the back side; however, 10% might also be sufficient. Assembly: no glue is required. First, place the turning mechanism on the 'cylinder' of the back side part. Then slide the front side onto the back side until it clicks. Edit: some cards in other countries may have slightly different dimensions. This card holder was designed for 54 x 85 mm cards with a 1 mm margin; if your cards are different, you can scale the STLs accordingly. If scaling is not done uniformly, the turning mechanism won't work because it's based on an oval cylinder shape.
