Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2V0BuoXlf4 These bearings are specifically designed for 3D printing. They don't use regular balls like other bearings, but instead feature specially designed balls tailored for 3D printing. This ensures the most supple 3D-printable bearings with minimal play. The bearing prints in a single piece, fully assembled. You may need to loosen the balls slightly after it's printed due to very tight tolerances. For optimal results, lubricate it with some grease. I hope you enjoy it and can use it in your project - keep in mind that results depend on printer settings and the type of 3D printer used. I've added a new 3D model of the small bearing to the file section called "homemade_printable_bearing_heavy_small_V3_easy_printable.stl." This model features more space between the inner ring, balls, and outer ring. It should be easier to print than the previous version, but there will be more play between the inner and outer ring. I created this model for people who struggled with the first version - my apologies, as I designed it with my own printer's limitations in mind, not anticipating other printers' capabilities. Hopefully, this new model will be printable on most 3D-printers. The dimensions of these bearings are: small bearing (V2 and V3): inner diameter = 12 mm, outer diameter = 40 mm, height = 12 mm; big bearing: inner diameter = 53 mm, outer diameter = 81 mm, height = 12 mm. Have a great day!
