Revamp Nophead and Adrian's Pulley Design Motivation: Set Screw may loosen after long prints, affecting print quality. Issue Present in X-axis Pulley only. Introducing Three New Versions of Nophead's Pulley Design: 1. Solidworks History Tree Included 2. Solidworks Assembly File Provided 3. M3 Nut Replaced with Nylon Locking Nut (No More Locktight) 4. Reduced Chance of Screw Slipping Out 5. Nut Turned at 60 Degrees for Enhanced Holding Strength (Not a Plan 5.5mm X 2.5mm Rectangular Extrusion Hole) 6. Direct Replacement for Nophead's Pulley 7. Choose from Three Variations: A) Single Locknut Pulley, B) Double Locknut Pulley, C) Single Locknut Pulley with Oversized Locknut Hole (Experimental) Materials Required: 1. Fuller Lock Pulley 2. 3mm Locking Nylon Nut (Or 2) [McMaster-Carr #90576A10] 3. 3mm x 8mm Set Screw (OR 2) [McMaster-Carr #92015A105] 4. JB WELD (Locktight is Optional) Assembly Steps: 1. Print the chosen Pulley design. 2. Ream hole to desired dimension (5mm and 3mm respectively). 3. Insert Nylon Locking nut into place. 4. Screw in Set Screw until reaching Nylon insert. 5A. Mix JB Weld and apply on top of screw. Spin Set Screw, and if the nut spins, add more JB Weld inside (without the screw). Let it dry for a couple of hours. 5B. Extrude plastic over locknut. 6. Tighten the set screw securely for trouble-free prints.
