This is a full-scale Viking headgear design of mine that should fit your cranium snugly. If you've got a massive printer like a gmax, go ahead and print out the entire helmet in one piece. However, if your printer's not large enough, I've broken it down into four sections for easier printing and assembly. Print "Viking Helmet Quarter 1" twice and "Viking Helmet Quarter 2" twice to get started. If you're working with an especially compact printer, try printing "Viking Helmet Sixth 1", "Viking Helmet Sixth 2", and "Viking Helmet Sixth 3" two times each instead. I'll update this post once I've finished printing the entire thing myself, so be sure to check back for any updates or modifications.
