Eventually a full set of custom-made Storm Trooper armor will be created. Scale parts as needed to fit the size of each person. Part one (a and b) includes Spats, which are made from high-quality eSun PLA+ material for the best finish. PETG is also an option, but it comes with a higher cost of 30%. eSun ABS+, on the other hand, tends to have poor layer bonding but glues well. The mk7 Spat design consists of one piece to save time and effort from gluing multiple parts together. This project is primarily focused on learning Fusion360 skills. Part two involves designing the Shin, left-hand piece, which is still under development. An ALPHA version has been uploaded as a sliced part, but please note that it's not yet complete. The design has been divided into three parts to accommodate a 170mm Z 3D printer, and it should print smoothly on 200x200x170mm printers. Part three includes the Shin, right-hand piece, which is currently in BETA phase. It measures nearly 400mm high, so users will need a Creality CR10S or similar printer to handle its size.
