A simple stool, printed in two parts with a total height of approximately 410mm when assembled, features a seat diameter of 380mm. The bottom part measures 380mm in height and the seat portion is 40mm tall, but they are secured together by a twist-and-lock mechanism that overlaps by 10mm. The stool's legs are cut out with a groove that ranges from 140 to 150mm in diameter and is 10mm deep. The lock blocks are positioned at 120-degree intervals and are 5mm in depth. For anyone interested in designing their own seat, this information may be helpful. In the near future, one of these stools will be printed using a 0.6mm nozzle and wood material, with the wall thickness set to 6mm to ensure that the legs are 10mm thick. The test subject weighs approximately 95kg, so it will be interesting to see if the stool can support this weight.
