If the bitholder isn't fitting properly, scaling up or down by one percent might solve the issue for you. For me, this scaled model fits perfectly. Printed with four perimeters on top, making it a solid piece. With only eight percent infill, it's surprisingly strong. I'm impressed that the screwdriver is remarkably lightweight.
