Full rotation servo driven rover

Full rotation servo driven rover

thingiverse

This is a compact robot rover chassis powered by four full rotation servos, originally designed for CNC milling but now repurposed for 3D printing. The wheels are precision-crafted Team Associated 1/18 scale components. To assemble them, drill out the center of each wheel with a 23/64th bit and then securely attach the hub using a strong adhesive. This setup allows you to easily attach servo horns to the wheels. Several optional parts have been included for added versatility. With the secondary top module, you can mount MaxBotix sonar modules, cameras, or other sensors as needed. Before assembly, tap all holes with a 4-40 tap and secure them using 3/8" socket cap screws.
