Full 3D printable version of these e-drum pads can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2030095. You can use the previous 3D models for rim parts and bottom joint parts to create your own drum pads. Making a shell with paper seemed like an easier option, but the designers created it in such a way that only 3D printers can produce it. I designed a pad where the bottom part and shell are combined into one unit.
