I'm a huge fan of One Piece, and when a friend proposed the idea of creating a custom Monopoly game about it, I was immediately on board. I started brainstorming how to bring this vision to life, thinking about all the essential elements that make up a great Monopoly game. Properties, money, figures, transportation... the list goes on. This project wasn't just about 3D printing; it also required a lot of work with images. I designed and created all the cards, board, and money from scratch. It was a labor-intensive process, but seeing the final results made every hour count. The rules are largely based on traditional Monopoly, but there's an exciting twist that can change the game in your favor. Four special cards, known as Road Poneglyph cards, hold the key to winning the game if you collect all four. Additionally, three David Back Fight cards add an element of chance, using a coin toss to determine whether you gain or lose money. Most of the figures are designed to be scalable, allowing you to print multiple versions of each character. For instance, scaling up the Kabuto model and printing it twice will give you a life-size replica of Usopp's shield. You can also create Brook's guitar, Nami's log pose, Chopper's hat, Franky's bottle of cola, or Thousand Sunny/Going Merry figureheads. Some figures may not be ideal for scaling up, such as Sanji's pan, Zoro's katanas, Luffy's straw hat, and Robin's book. However, I plan to upload the scaled-up files individually in the future. For printing instructions, follow these steps: * Print the board on a normal printer in poster mode (40x40cm). * Print the PDF file containing the cards. Please note that some cards are in Spanish due to time constraints; I'll translate them and update the files as soon as possible. * Print as much money as you think you'll need. For 3D printing instructions: * I used an FDM printer for my models, but if possible, I recommend using an SLA printer to reveal all the intricate details. * For characters, print only one figure per person. Zoro has two versions; I suggest choosing version 2. * Print 20 copies of the Going Merry figures (house) and 10 copies of the Thousand Sunny figures (hotel). * FDM settings: speed (80mm/s), extruder temperature (200°C), bed temperature (40°C), infill (10%), material (PLA). If you have any ideas or suggestions, feel free to share them in the comments below.
