Its native format remains .skp, but the 3dsmax scene is specifically tailored to operate with the features of 3ds Max 2016, further refined by rendering Vray 3.00 within a luxurious setting incorporating a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, garage and two adjacent bedrooms each equipped with their own private bathrooms.
