Full Graphic Smart Controller Case for installation on profile 20 series

I Designed a Custom Smart Controller Case for My Profile 20 Series. Among the numerous graphic controller solutions I researched, none met my specific requirements. So, I decided to create my own version. My intention was not to invent something entirely new, but rather to craft a solution that perfectly suits my needs. The case features M3 * 16 screws that not only secure the two halves together but also serve as display guides and holders. Pre-drilled holes allow for the easy installation of embedded square nuts, type M3 DIN562. While distance bushings are optional, they're highly recommended for added stability. Once assembled, the structure attaches securely to my profile using hooks and snap fasteners. Removing it is a straightforward process that involves reversing these steps. Key print settings include a layer height of 0.16 mm, a nozzle size of 0.4 mm, and a print speed of 50 mm/s. I used ABS plastic with a 100% infill for added strength and durability.
