Just completed my Mortise Lock project. I created a 3D drawing of the lock but didn't actually design or invent it myself and then printed it out. You can see the full functionality in action here: https://youtu.be/t5RI16ncwFA. I hope you find it impressive. I used a layer thickness of 0.2mm, infill density of 50%, and a print speed of 40mm/s.
