Had one of these knocking around for a few years and decided to encase it. As tightly as reasonably possible. Considering a remix that looks more like an icecream sandwich now that it is done. It's barely vented, depending on how perfect your first layers really are, but these don't really need much ventilation, possibly not any. But i do like the pattern the vents make. You will need four M3x30mm screws and matching nuts. DC jack is this style: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32857176485.html 3.5mm jack is this style, and connects to the board through a cable i crimped up with a 3 position JST-XH, or you could just solder right to the board: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32971921068.html Binding posts are similar to the 8mm size in this listing, can't find exactly where i got these. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000092919350.html They mount in a 7.something mm hole anyway. I soldered thin wires to the board to connect to an LED in the front panel in a holder that mounts in a 6mm hole. Similar to the 3mm size in this listing: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001382324665.html I should stress that although you "can" power these from 12vdc, the power output vs. thd curve at 12v in the datasheet for the tpa311x amps makes it clear that this is a terrible, terrible idea. If you can scrounge an old laptop power supply that is at 19 or 20 volts, that will work fine but you might need to graft a more friendly plug onto the end of the cable. If you are buying a power supply, get a 24v 1.5A or 2A power supply. It'll cost more than the amp board. That's sort of normal. A 1A supply might be plenty. Like i said they are really efficient. Also, they lie pretty hard about what the power output is. Realistically, listening to music rather than powering an AC motor or something, you can think of this board as being a pretty alright 15Wx2. Which is enough to be impolite if you have thin walls. This will power small desktop or bookshelf speakers ok. They should be 4-ohm or lower, though i never tested this board with 2-ohm speakers because i don't have any of those. I made this at tinkercad and if you want to adjust it, feel free to tinker it yourself: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9ahnxdLrxns/edit?sharecode=xTmjY8u51HyY0LdDc2RuPMdh_otZDN8P4PDwlx6thxI
