Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_CPAP_Adapter_2Piece_V1 - This adapter enables the conversion of a standard 19mm (3/4") OD or 22mm ID single use CPAP Bacterial filter into the snorkel port of a full face snorkel mask, specifically designed for Samofik but potentially fitting other masks. Print both pieces standing upright without supports. Insert the round CPAP adapter into the hole on the mask interface part, ensuring the flat parts on the round and mask align. Perform a dry fit first to determine orientation, then bond the two pieces together using super glue. Slide the round CPAP adapter into the mask interface from the flat side opposite the clip until the flat keys meet the outer surface. Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_H600_Adapter_2Piece_V1 - This adapter allows for the use of alternative filter materials that offer less breathability than standard N95 surgical masks, necessitating more surface area for proper filtration. The intended material is Halyard's H600 Two Ply Spun Polypropylene, typically used to surround sterile surgical instruments. Two layers of H600 are required to achieve equivalent N95+ filtration. Approximately 170mm X 170mm X two layers of H600 will be needed to cover the cube. Place the material over the cube and fold it around the cube, then position the retainer over the material and press down to the base of the cube, ensuring the material does not tear and the retainer fits snugly at the base. Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_H600_Adapter_Retainer_V1 - This is the retainer designed for use with Full_Face_Snorkel_Mask_H600_Adapter_2Piece_V1 as described above. The retainer may require resizing up or down a few percent to fit your chosen material properly. The circular adapters for CPAP filters into mating parts are intentionally fitted tightly and may necessitate some finishing of the parts to ensure proper alignment. Prototypes were printed using PLA at 20% infill. These parts are presented AS-IS, without guarantee of safety.
