Filename guide: Solid.STL = Use this always, especially in vase mode, for large printers. DoveTail = Ideal for easy gluing. Spaced = DoveTail joins with extra space (use 0.4mm layer height and above). GuideStrip = Slot in A4 transparent plastic sheet for easy gluing in hat and chin part. GuideStrip-0-8mm = Space is 0.8mm wide (previous width was 0.6mm). Hollow = Prints like vase mode, saving time. Made many modifications and test prints to get things right. My goal was an end result with little to zero post-processing. This is the best I've achieved so far. Just glue the bottom part to the frame and put in A4 plastic sheet. You'll need: A4 transparent plastic sheet Glue (a glue gun would be great) If you have a large printer, print the Solid.STL file. Otherwise, print parts and glue them on a flat surface. Scaling: 90-100% - Adult Male 80-90% - Adult Female 75-85% - Teens 70-80% - Kids (above 6 years old) Q) How well is air flow? - Printing in vase mode will give you more vents, but no fogging. However, if you're breathing heavily, you'll fog up for a short while. Q) Are we smelling our own breath still? - No, but don't wear it for long hours. Q) Will this steam up throughout the day? - Nope, just don't do heavy exercise or run with it. Q) Is there a file that has everything put together? - Yes, glue them together or print the Solid.STL file fully if you have a larger printer. Thank you For private/personal use only.
