This is a compact filament spool holder featuring gearwheel bearings. Every component including the bearing can be fabricated with a 3D printer.\n\nAssembly Instructions\n\nStep 1: Fabricate the following components:\n4 x bearings --> Ensure this print meets quality standards with at least 50% infill density.\n2 x body\n2 x shaft --> Scale this along the length axis if the holder appears too bulky. The shaft's length dictates the maximum spool width acceptable.\n\nStep 2: Release tension from the gear wheels by applying force and using a head screwdriver, then employ an electric screwdriver to rotate each bearing for 1-2 minutes. Next, apply WD40 to ensure smooth rotation.\n\nStep 3: Assemble all parts according to visual examples provided, then use adhesive to secure every component in place except the bearings, which must slide freely along the shaft for optimal spool compatibility. In this step, I utilized cyanoacrylatic glue.\n\nI would like to extend gratitude to Ross Korsky and his Fusion Add-On for helical gears: https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=9029586664984391977&appLang=en&os=Win64
