Fujifilm's versatile XF18-55mm f2.8-4 R LM OIS lens is a standout choice for photographers on the go with Fujifilm's expanding X series cameras. The lens housing features an attractive design, but its durability can be compromised by scratches and other forms of wear. As a still image-focused lens, it poses some challenges for videographers. I decided to take matters into my own hands and upgrade the lens rehousing to make it more suitable for video production. The required parts include a 58-82mm step-up ring/filter adapter.
