This design is based on keigo21's design of the adapter, with many improvements, making it easy to just print and then mount it. To mount it just remove the screws from the original piece, take the springs, put them on the new push elements and mount it back together. Be very careful when removing the original cover, as it hides a ribbon cable which can easily cut, and you won't have a counter anymore.
