This model was developed to provide a way for two x-mount lenses to be stacked, simplifying and compacting lens storage in a camera bag. This helps by facilitating lens swapping combined with faster access. This was also intended to be paired with another model I have made that allows for a single cap variation to be quickly attached to a Peak Design capture clip and offer a third hand for swapping prime lenses.
