I made an m42 version of jimfoo's extension tube. It features locking on the fuji side and on my x-t30 it stays in place very well. Printed at 205 degrees with 100% cooling and 15% gyroid infill. I suggest printing the support with 10% infill and 0.7mm of support x/y distance to ensure the support doesn't bind with the print. The flange distance is measured accordingly so it could focus on infinity.
