FUHR 46012 Patio Door Spacer

This is a patio door spacer for FUHR doors. I'm having trouble getting the spare or instructions on how to make it anywhere, and that's a real frustration! It's almost as bad as accidentally ripping my trousers because I didn't see some metal pipe sticking out into the testing area. I was just walking by. Anyway, a few years ago, I moved into the Bath Robotics headquarters with my family. I wanted a hidden underground lair, but my wife said that wasn't suitable for our children's education and the kids would prefer living in this nice end-of-row house near Weston. The reason we moved here is because it needed much less renovation work than the volcano-style home we used to live in, so we could just move right in. But never make a decision based on how little work a property needs, folks! Now I've fixed and decorated almost every room, and I'm trying to fix this sliding door and open patio thingy. It's massive and tough to deal with. I remember it had two of those chocks (or spacers) that held the door in place; one broke off first, then the other fell apart too, and I couldn't find it anywhere! Then later, when I moved some heavy furniture like my TV stand, voilà! The missing spacers popped out. At that time, I'd just bought a 3D Mendel-style printer but wasn't quite sure how to install these types of spacers correctly. So I decided not to bother and put off designing or printing my own versions until later. However, with the start of a new year comes resolutions, like uploading one open-source design per day to share online! To be honest, getting sick of the Aluminium mod projects prompted me to make this, so I can use it as an alternative to those. This design will soon get sliced on the printer and printed out later today. Now about my problem – does anyone have access to instructions for using these types of door spacers or at least know how they are properly fitted onto a sliding door? By the way, could you also kindly advise on how I can get Slic3r (software for printing) to do a full 100% fill on top-layer steps when necessary?
