Fuel Primer panel for Air Conception Delta frame

This is a custom panel designed specifically for the Air Conception Delta frame paramotor. It securely holds the primer bulb and shut off valve, utilizing identical components developed by Aviator PPG who originally created and markets the primer system. Carefully crafted to fit snugly into the frame on the pilot's right side and easily accessible when strapped in. The primer bulb is secured with two M3x12 screws and locknuts, while the valve is press-fit and bonded in place using super glue, which has proven to be highly effective. If the printed part meets the required tolerances, the valve should fit tightly into its housing, almost snapping into place. To ensure a secure bond, apply approximately four drops of CA super glue around the back edge of the part. PLA printed parts have consistently held their shape without any issues, but PETG parts might require gentle surface scuffing. If the valve appears loose in its printed hole (spins), consider adjusting your print settings. The smallest dimension of the hole at the face is designed to be 21.45mm.
