Fuel Nozzle Pins
thingiverse
In many Australian cities, fuel bowser nozzles have removed pins, making it impossible to use the nozzle lock feature that prevents holding the handle during refilling. However, if a pin is installed and you use the lock, the sensing tube will still stop the fuel flow when full. Despite this, carrying a nail as a makeshift lock doesn't fit well on keyrings. To address this issue, the design provided can be printed and slipped onto your keyring for easy access. The reason behind removing pins in most nozzles is unclear; it could be to prevent fuel spills or keep people within reach of the nozzle. Regardless, use at own risk!
