Fuel cap gasket

I bought an old ATV that lacked the rubber gasket for inside the gas cap. As a result, fuel would sometimes leak out from under the gas cap and down the side of the fuel tank, causing a mess. I designed a new gasket in Fusion 360 that fits perfectly on my vehicle. The three ears on the gasket are designed to engage the threads on the fuel cap and stay securely in place. A small column in the center provides a way to properly screw (and unscrew if necessary) the gasket from the fuel cap. I chose TPU for several reasons. First, it is a semi-flexible material that should provide a good seal. Second, it is fuel-resistant, ensuring that it won't degrade when exposed to gasoline. Finally, I already had some on hand, making it an ideal choice. This gasket was specifically designed for my Polaris ATV, but it should fit most other Polaris vehicles.
